Skilled in a variety of different functions within the hospitality sector, Bankim has vast experience with ground up development, operations, and asset management. From a humble beginning with a small hotel over 20 years ago, Bankim has now developed and managed a large portfolio of premium select service hotels throughout the state of Texas.

Having been exposed to the hotel industry at an early age, Rutaj understands the operational and sales expertise required to run a successful hotel. He strongly believes that an organization’s value lies in its human capital. With this goal, he strives to ensure that the right people are in place and to create an industry leading corporate culture. Rutaj holds an MBA as well as a graduate degree in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Inspired by his grandparents passion for hospitality he too has embraced the “spirit to serve.” With over 20 years of Hospitality experience working with various brands including Marriott, Hilton and IHG Hotels, Randy is an accomplished veteran in the hospitality industry. He has a record of excellence in devising and implementing productivity and cost improvements that contribute to positive financial results.  Randy specializes in turnaround of under-performing operations, empowering team members and improving the guest experience.
